Pathcreating Ltd has been an associate with RegenWM since May 2008. As part of our self-evaluation in November 2008 Inge Hill designed an online customer survey which gained the highest return since we started doing customer surveys. Within a short time period she also interviewed 15 of our 16 board members on the phone using a question frame designed by her exceeding our requirements. She interviewed some of our clients with a different question frame. Board members spoke highly of the focused and professional manner the phone interviews were carried out. The results gained with the three stakeholder groups were presented professionally in a concise easy to digest report, using plenty of graphs, tables and explanations of key findings.
