All of our staff has been trained in mentoring and have plenty of mentoring experience with medium and senior management and front line staff.

We believe that the approach taken to support individual clients in their development needs to offer a wide range of tools going beyond NLP and coaching. Inge Hill offers a unique package of skills and tools based on mentoring, NLP and her insights into adult learning and behaviour change based on her training in adult learning and education (to Master’s level). She has also been trained as a mentor by the National Mentoring Consortium.

Packages can be put together based on your needs. Some packages we offer include (face-to-face and on the phone)

• Taster package of three sessions
• Silver package of 5 sessions and a half-day intense workshop
• Gold package – we go with you into situations outside the meeting room and observe and support you in choosing different behaviour.

We also offer phone support: some clients wish to remain this support to be very much in the background and neither work colleagues nor family members to know about it. Others prefer the support to be flexible in timing and where possible at short notice – where telephone support is useful.
