pathcreating Ltd has been an associate with RegenWM since May 2008. As part of our self-evaluation in November 2008 Inge Hill designed an online customer survey which gained the highest return since we started doing customer surveys. Within a short time period she also interviewed 15 of our 16 board members on the phone using a question frame designed by her exceeding our requirements. She interviewed some of our clients with a different question frame. Board members spoke highly of the focused and professional manner the phone interviews were carried out. The results gained with the three stakeholder groups were presented professionally in a concise easy to digest report, using plenty of graphs, tables and explanations of key findings.
We have already asked Inge to work with us on another evaluation with one of our clients.

Organisational development
 "Pathcreating Ltd won in July 2009 the contract to work with Sompriti, a charity which supports BME residents in the Southeast. The task was to carry out an analysis of past and current trends and develop recommendations for the future of the organisation. Inge Hill is an excellent researcher and consultant who is highly committed and passionate about her work. Inge's role within an innovative government contract we deliver at LLU+ includes using her expertise to advise on the research design and systems, the design of half-structured and closed questionnaires, and other data collection tools, the design of data capture systems. Inge also has excellent listening skills and points out important aspects of the project for the benefit of our client and ourselves.
She is highly reliable and always delivers best quality in her analysis and presentation of results. Training and facilitation / stakeholder consultation
Pathcreating Ltd is one of RegenWM's associates since May 2008. In July 2008 we asked Inge Hill to design a bespoke workshop for us to train a mixed audience of senior managers and delivery staff in basic statistical methods. Inge designed the workshop from scratch fully meeting our requirements. The design and workshop material exceeded
our expectations, in particular through a handbook with rules on how to use the methods for every participant to take away. Inge was a very clear and approachable facilitator who made seemingly complex methods easy to understand. She was very patient and worked well with a mixed ability group . The participant feedback highlighted:-

Inge Hill is a conscientious adviser who goes to great length to prepare the ground before meeting with clients. She  is very patient in her approach to dealing with them, allowing them to express their hopes and aspirations in an unhurried and gently directive way.
