
In 2003 I invited Inge to deliver two workshops on stress management for the Learning-at-work-day. Inge successfully delivered two one-hour-workshops for LSE staff , which was highly appreciated. She used creative methods including guided relaxations and the fun-line that inspired staff to reflect on their priorities and daily
management of work and leisure staff. Moreover, she talked about stress prevention through break and relaxation management and assisted staff in identifying early symptoms of stress. I can highly recommend Inge for workshops on stress prevention and management.
